Christmas in the Park: The Whites

"So just in case the sweaters don't work, Rob and Christopher's shirts work with the color scheme too!" were Kari's words to me as she let me know that she had these outfits PLANNED OUT. I love the way their pictures came out, the colors were wonderful, Kari's touch of the necklace with circles in contrast to the stripes and checks (or as she called it, a geometric edge) was great, the smiles were real, and the early morning sunlight was constant.

Love you guys!
(Thanks for going out to get crepes after too, that made my day!)

The Family and the Forest

Since we moved to Florida, we have met many new people, but we will always have a great love in our hearts for those whom we left behind in California. This separation is made far easier when we get to see them, and this past weekend some of our dear friends came out to see us! We were especially excited because they have a 3 month old baby and we all just get very excited about babies. ^_^

I wanted to do pictures with Dan and Amanda, their eldest lovely Cora, their loud wonderful hobbit child Emma, and our little squishy Charlie, so we went out and found some Spanish moss and had some fun.
