Gary and Stacy's Napa Engagement

I'm always amazed at how two people find each other and then come to the point where they decide to be together forever.

It makes me excited about my own future, and about seeing it happen over and over again with people around me. 

And of course getting to capture the love that produces such decisions is a special privilege.

Gary and Stacy are a beautiful example.

Baby Dante

A baby is such a beautiful thing, they're so new and small, but they can have such a hold on hearts and they have so much potential. It's something to wonder what they will become one day as they lay there sleeping and stretch out their arm and squeeze out a yawn.

Personal Shooting

I'm taking a few photography classes at the community college, and in one class we were assigned the task of creating an advertisement for something.

I decided to go with doing a perfume advertisement and enlisted my gorgeous sister Ali to model for me. 

I really think that visualizing and carrying out a vision of a shoot in some personal work is really good for me and allows me to really be creative and practice carrying out my ideas.

Ali had shown me a picture of some crazy eye makeup that she had seen and wanted to try out in a shoot sometime, so when i was driving home from school and trying to think of ideas, that came back to me and a bunch of visions became one cohesive one.

Ali is really talented at doing hair and makeup (plug for hiring her ;) even though she's young, and she put the makeup together and then let me pose her gorgeous self for my shoot.

Sam and Emily's Wedding: Preview

These are my friends. :) I'll post more extensively about their wedding when i have it all finished up and when it's not 11:30 pm and when I'm not wearing a scarf wrapped around my head to keep my hair out of my face because I was cleaning my room. Ok, maybe not that last part when i do post their wedding. I can't guarantee what i'll be wearing on my head when i post. But probably something cool. ;)

Anyway, here they are.

Jeremy and Jonel's Wedding

Jeremy and Jonel had a lovely little wedding at his parents house, just 13 or 14 people there total, and it was sweet and simple and all about their love for each other and God.
